Tooth be told, a great weekend for U8s

Our U8’s played Robinstown and Slane over the weekend and had a fantastic time. It was a great performance by all the boys and all the fun and hard work in training is paying off. They gave everything and Caleb even gave his front tooth to the Johnstown cause!! He swallowed his tooth during the match!! The tooth fairy might not be able to collect that one but hopefully still paid it’s worth! Well done to Gary, Ger and Caroline for all their time and effort, the boys look to be really enjoying their football with Johnstown FC.

Caleb gave it his all!! Even his front tooth!

Help Wanted

Your Club Needs You

Our Club works for our community with the help of a team of volunteers.  Without volunteers to help we would have no club and the kids would have no local football.

So now we are in need of more help.  We need someone who could manage a team and help bring them on a journey of learning, fun and lifelong friendship.  Sport is a fantastic way for children to learn and communicate.

Currently we are looking for managers for a second U15 team, U8 and U7.  You will need to give up a few hours a week, become Garda Vetted and complete a course in Child Welfare in Sport.

If you would like to become involved please email us at communitycoaches@johnstownfc.ie
